What is your rental period?


  • $25 flat rate delivery + pickup

  • $3.00 per mile travel fee for Events beyond a 15 mile radius from our business location to your event address.

  • $10 fee for delivery or pickups before 7:00 am or after 12:00 Am

    • Yard Games: 30% per additional day

what are the delivery fees?


  • Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. For safety reasons, equipment cannot be used in severe weather, high winds, or rain. We’ll work with you to reschedule or apply your rental toward a future date in accordance with our weather policy.

what is your weather policy?


  • Yes, only for items that require it — like our outdoor theatre rental, our team handles all setup and takedown. Yard games are designed for easy setup and may be delivered or picked up ready to use.

Do you handle setup and takedown?

  • Our equipment connects easily via Bluetooth or HDMI cable and can be connected to your laptop, ipad, or smart phone, depending on the device. We’ll review connection details with you to ensure everything runs smoothly at setup.

How do we connect our device to the outdoor theatre equipment?

  • No. Customers are responsible for providing their own content and wifi — ensuring access to streaming services, downloads, or playlists. We recommend using your browser to log in to your necessary streaming platforms.

Do you provide movies, music, or streaming services?

  • payment due:

    • yard games total payment is required at the time of booking

    • outdoor theatre requires a 50% deposit at time of booking — remaining balance is due the day before your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable. In these cases, the total amount paid will be issued as a rental credit to be applied toward a future booking with Cana Rental Co.

Can we cancel or reschedule our rental?

What is considered normal wear and tear?

  • Normal wear and tear includes minor scuffs or signs of use consistent with standard operation. Significant damage, missing pieces, stains, or breakage may result in additional fees.
